Slight change of pace

As the economy has reversed course since the release of my book, this blog is also going to reverse course. I'm going to start posting ideas, topics, and advice I've found useful to help improve your financial life in ways not just limited to real estate. I'll also be bringing you topics related to the current economy's issues: job hunting, networking, career guidance, and salary increases.

Most of the advice I post here will be personal experiences (I've been job hopping a bit for the past 3 years) and/or summations of advice I've been told or received in different formats as I've started building a career for myself after being semi-retired in my early twenties (twenty-somethings tend to do really dumb stuff.) I hope you find it useful, as it has all proven useful to me.
