Spring Update
Hey All,
Just wanted to chime in and said I'm giving myself a spring makeover. This website should get a brand new look in the next couple weeks, and with that, I plan to start making more regular updates - probably with more of a real estate and marketing slant than a personal finance angle.
I've also joined forces with a great new tech-start up called NabeWise that provides great real estate information that I just love. It's a user-generated neighborhood ranking website and it answers the question, "What is the best neighborhood for me?" A perfect tool now for people who are moving to New York City or moving to San Francisco, and the we'll be adding more cities to it soon. (Boston should be next in the pipeline.)
Check it out and give me your feedback, it's only a month old and we can't wait to get things moving with it.

Just checked out nabewise.com. Looks great! I'm 50 miles away from Boston, near Providence, RI, so it'll be interesting to see your info once it's loaded-will keep checking back!
Just read your book too and found it entertaining. My husband and I will use it to get our mortgage paid off in 3 years or less and get moving on the purchase of our first rental apartment. My friends have always chided me about being "thrifty"...I call it my nana's good old-fashioned common sense, lol.

I read your book about a year ago because it was featured in the Atlanta Journal Constitution. Glad you're not still eating ramen noodles. Congratulations on your marriage.
