Explanation of the mortgage crisis

To fully understand what caused the tremendous rise in the real estate market and then the subsequent fall, check out this thorough and interesting explanation about what caused it all. It's an hour long, but it's amazing. It's from NPR's This American Life, one of my favorite radio shows. Stream it for free.

Just finished your book. I hope you figured out how to load music on the damn iPod. If not, I have a niece and nephew under the age of 16 that could do it for you. They don't work for free...

Don't work for free? Ok, I'll just continue singing show tunes to myself on the subway then.

I'm trying to teach them at an early age.
As long as you don't mind being hit on by the occasional male, knock yourself out. You might want to think about widening your r'epertoire. Or you could add some Cher. Possibly not as many subway patrons will throw things at you.

Thank you for the explanation. I've learned a lot.
