The Big Idea with Donny Deutsch
Shot over to Englewood, NJ today to shoot a segment for The Big Idea with Donny Deutsch. I was the poorest person in the room. It was awesome.
There was fitness czar Kathy Smith and designer and former model Emme to start with. They are basically iconic from what I gathered in the green room and from watching their interviews.
Also got to meet The Orginal Sprout creators, the unstoppable, and seemingly unflappable Cynthia Kersey, and also the founders of Samazon. All products I was introduced to today and looking forward to trying them out as soon as possible. It made for a very "green" friendly show lineup, and not just in the color of money kind of way. Just saw the Big Idea show this morning and loved your segment! I'm looking forward to getting a copy of your book.
Several years ago, I began telling couples who were considering marriage right after college to try and keep their standard living at the current level of their college lifestyle - keep renting that cheap apartment, keep driving the ten year old toyota, etc.
Then save and invest the extra (from the new high paying job that they just landed after graduation) until they can pay CASH for their house and cars!
As best I know, only one couple has taken me up on my challenge so far - but who knows, perhaps after I read your book I can include it as recommended reading along with my counsel.
Anyhow, loved your interview with Donnie.
